Up to a third of your
total floor area can be unlocked by converting your attic. The
majority of people do not use their attics at all, and the
remaining people only use them twice a year, at Christmas as they
store all the decorations etc in the loft, and in summer as they
keep their suitcases in the attic.

Total time from start
to finish to complete the conversion is 2-3 days. This causes
minimum disruption to customers ensuring everything can return to
normal as soon as possible. We found this to be especially
appealing for families with children.

Cost
Between £2000 - £3000
+ VAT based on a 35m2 area. The basic difference in price is in the
£3000 Standard conversion, it includes floor build up and
insulation (top of the range expensive insulation sheets).
Customers can pay by cash, cheque, credit card (2.5% extra charge
due to fees incurred from the bank), switch / debit card or, soon
to be introduced, by credit (watch this space)

Property Value
Estate agents all
agree that this instantly adds value to your property. This is not
the main driver behind converting your attic but it is reassuring
to know that if you ever sell your property then the investment you
have made by converting your attic, has added value. Customers have
actually converted their attic in order to ensure their property
sells quickly, especially if there are a lot of similar properties
for sale in the area.

Waiting Period
We
guarantee a start date within 4 weeks of you placing your order if
desired. The customer decides when they would like the installation
to commence and it has been known to be the next day if the
necessary resources are available.

Deposit
NONE taken, in fact no
money is taken until you are 100% satisfied with the conversion.
This is unlike all other loft conversion companies whom ask for
money up front.

Price Match
We
guarantee to match any ‘like for like’ quote you have been given.
Our phenomenal success and first mover advantage is bound to
attract competitors but we aim to stay ahead of them by delivering
the best value for money possible.

Loft Hatch
We
will, if desired, move your loft hatch to a more suitable location.
This is often requested by customers especially if there existing
hatch is in the hall and they intend to use attic a lot and so have
the steps down the majority of the time. IN this instance we often
move the hatch to a bedroom so the steps aren’t in the
way.

Type of Property
We
convert all attics from bungalows to Victorian houses to new
builds. New builds often have truss based roofs and so there is not
as much potential for converting the attic as an older house.
However we have found there is still plenty enough space to make it
worthwhile. If your attic space is like this then we can again show
you several examples and photos of existing similar
conversions.
